Configured, the OS framework
A version configured for the African Development Bank’s Integrated Safeguards System exists; we show it on request.
Field entry happens on a phone, offline: GPS position, photographs, signature. Back at the office, the records merge into VIGIE with no re-keying. It is the part that saves the most time, and the one that prevents the most errors.
