Biodiversity is E2CS Consult’s signature.
Our founder began his career at Niokolo Koba National Park and at IUCN. That inheritance lets us approach conservation issues with a rare depth of field competence, in the service of projects that protect natural capital while they grow.

Funder requirements on critical habitats are among the most demanding in the whole safeguards apparatus. They must be addressed early, in the field, and with genuine naturalist competence.

Ecosystems that deliver direct services to neighbouring populations: fishing, gathering, fodder, water, protection against erosion. These are precisely what ESS 6 protects first.
A critical habitat is not discovered during the funder’s review. It is identified at scoping, documented in the field, and dealt with in the design of the project.
